Graphite electrode shreds refer to the waste materials after graphitization or processing when the carbon product factory produces graphite electrodes, as well as the scraps cut off when processing the finished graphite electrodes. They are processed into various particle sizes, powders, granules, and blocks according to customer needs. The product has the characteristics of high carbon, low sulfur, low nitrogen, low resistivity, and low ash. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical reducing agent, casting reduction inoculant, refractory materials, machinery, electronics and other fields. It can also be used as high-grained carbon increasing agent in the metallurgical casting industry and as resistance reducing raw material in the carbon industry.
